Bidding and Registering: 1. If you have never bid with us in the past, please register a new account. 2. Processing your registration can take 1 to 2 working days. 3. If you have registered in the past and have an account, it will take 1 to 2 working days to process your registration and approve you for bidding. 4. Please do not wait till the last minute to register to bid. 5. You require a credit card to register to bid. If you are a known client and do not have a credit card, please contact us. 6. The buyer’s premium is 23% including marginal VAT. This amount will be added to the hammer price. 7. Shipping: The default shipping method is with FedEx. Shipping to the Netherlands is € 15,- and outside the Netherlands € 30. For heavier lots above 2kg, you may incur a surcharge. 8. The default spending limit is € 10,000 please contact us if you would like to increase your spending limit. Also provide references.
During the auction: 1. While bidding in the live auction, please double click to confirm the bid. 2. Waiting till the last moment to click to bid may result in losing the lot as it will be hammered.
After the auction: 1. After the auction is completed, it takes 1 to 2 working days to process all the invoices. All invoices are sent by email. 2. Please contact us by email, if you wish to pick your lots up at our office. By registering to bid in our auctions, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Bieden en registreren: 1. Als u in het verleden nog nooit bij ons heeft geboden, registreer dan een nieuw account. 2. Het verwerken van uw registratie kan 1 tot 2 werkdagen duren. 3. Heeft u al een account omdat u zich in het verleden heeft geregistreerd ook dan duurt het 1 tot 2 werkdagen om uw registratie te verwerken en u goed te keuren voor het bieden. 4. Wacht niet tot het laatste moment met uw registratie om te bieden. 5. Het opgeld bedraagt 23% inclusief BTW. Dit bedrag wordt opgeteld bij de hamerprijs. 6. Verzending: De standaard verzendmethode is met FedEx. Voor verzending binnen Nederland word € 15,- in rekening gebracht. Voor verzending buiten Nederland € 30,-. Voor kavels boven de 2kg kan er een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht. 7. Het standaard bestedingslimiet is € 10.000,-. Neem contact met ons op als u uw bestedingslimiet wilt verhogen. Graag samen met uw referenties.
Tijdens de veiling: 1. Dubbelklik tijdens het bieden in de live veiling om het bod te bevestigen. 2. Wachten tot het laatste moment met klikken om te bieden kan resulteren in het verliezen van de kavel. Na de veiling: 1. Nadat de veiling is voltooid, duurt het 1 tot 2 werkdagen om alle facturen te verwerken. Alle facturen worden per e-mail verzonden. 2. Neem tijdigcontact met ons op via e-mail als u uw kavels bij ons op kantoor wilt ophalen. Door u te registreren voor onze veilingen, gaat u akkoord met onze algemene voorwaarden.
